A script-to-video production pipeline that turns a written brief into a fully animated explainer with consistent 3D characters, using AI image and video generation instead of a traditional animation team.

Challenge

Agency-produced explainer video costs thousands of dollars and weeks of turnaround, which prices out the small businesses that need it most. AI generation alone is not enough: characters drift between shots, styles wander, and raw clips still need assembly into a coherent, branded piece.

Solution

Built a repeatable pipeline: script and shot list first, character sheets generated once and reused as reference images so the same 3D characters stay consistent across every scene, image-to-video animation per shot, then edit, voiceover, and assembly into a finished video. The pipeline is style-agnostic, so the same process produces different visual identities per client.

Impact
