From match-score to hire, the full loop

Rob Vasquez·

Six weeks ago I built a scoring engine. Today it's the reason you and I are talking. Let me close the loop, because the loop is the whole point.

It starts with a scraper pulling roles overnight. Then a dedup pass, so the same job posted to four boards counts once. Then a rate gate, because a role below my floor isn't worth a human glance. Then the matching engine scores what's left against my resume and writes down its reasoning. Then a UI I can act on in five minutes over coffee. Then a deploy that keeps the whole thing running every night without me touching it.

That's a complete product: ingestion, cleaning, business rules, an AI decision layer, a UI, and an operations story. One person, end to end.

Most job posts ask for "full-stack." This is what full-stack looks like when you follow one thread all the way through. The skill isn't knowing a little of each layer. It's owning the seams between all of them.

The engine flagged your role. The rest was me. If the way I think about building products maps to what you need built, let's take it from a match score to a conversation.

Reply and we'll close the loop.
